Vermont Inspired Recipes for Fall '23

Autumn and all of its wonderful colors and flavors are just around the corner, so we wanted to put together a list of our favorite Vermont Inspired Fall recipes using the season’s staple ingredients: Apples, Pumpkin, and of course, maple syrup.


Start the day with a warm kitchen and the sweet, cozy smell of cinnamon with these Apple Pancakesor Apple Popover Pancakes. Pumpkin may be the Fall flavor people get most excited about.
