What you'll need:
- 8 oz hot sausage
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Place ingredients into oven safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Place under broiler for the final 1-2 minutes
- Serve hot with crackers or chips
