Stainless Steel Smoker Box
Use this Stainless Steel Smoker Box from Norpro to soak your wood chips (not included) in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your grill. Using tongs to place the wood chips into your smoker this helps drain excess water, fill your smoker box with the wood chips. Distribute evenly. Place the smoker box on top of the grill grate. If using charcoal, place the box on top of the coals. Close the lid of the grill. In a few minutes, smoke should fill the grill. Turn heat down and cook low and slow for the best results. Use caution, item will get extremely hot. Dishwasher safe.
