The roaster has a dripless pouring rim to minimize spills, and comes with a nonstick rack to promote air circulation, even heating, and a golden brown crust.
The Large size will accommodate up to a 16-18 pound turkey, and the Small size will accommodate up to a 12-14 pound turkey.
