Inspired by weekend trips to Morocco, succulent plums are slowly simmered with fresh apples, raisins, and Blake Hill’s own Moroccan-inspired blend of Ras El Hanout spices. This creates a beautifully rich, fruity and exotic chutney. It's like a little vegetarian Moroccan tagine-in-a-jar!
