Vermont grown herbs are blended, salt cured and hand-packed by our team. Spring chive blossoms are cured in sea salt to capture their sweet flavor and fragrance. Bright and slightly sweet in flavor and especially good as a dry brine for chicken or sprinkled on new potatoes.
