Vermont Inspired Recipes for Fall '23

Autumn and all of its wonderful colors and flavors are just around the corner, so we wanted to put together a list of our favorite Vermont Inspired Fall recipes using the season’s staple ingredients: Apples, Pumpkin, and of course, maple syrup.


Apples:

Start the day with a warm kitchen and the sweet, cozy smell of cinnamon with these Apple Pancakesor Apple Popover Pancakes. Pumpkin:

Pumpkin may be the Fall flavor people get most excited about. In fact, some people have taken to enjoying it as a year round flavor!  Bring the cafe to the comfort of your home and try this Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte for a nice pick-me-up. If you want a hot pumpkin beverage with a little less work, check out our Pumpkin Spice Tea!  Looking for a tasty baked treat with your beverage, try these delicious Pumpkin Donut Holes that can be made easily in a mini muffin pan!  While a lot of pumpkin-based recipes are on the sweater side, we enjoy them in savory dishes like this filling Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta, and perfect for the first cold-snap Pumpkin Soup which can be made with an immersion blender, or the incredible Vitamix blender.
