Spicy Mushroom "Philly"

What you'll need:

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic 
  • 1/2 Tbsp Teeny Tiny Spice WHOOPASS 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 2 Portobello mushroom caps, cleaned 
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced 
  • 1/2 onion, sliced 
  • Garlic aioli (garlic + lemon + mayo)  
  • Lettuce (optional) 
  • Provolone 
  • Burger buns 

How you'll do it:

  1. Mix together oil, balsamic, WHOOPASS, & salt
  2. Mix in mushroom, pepper, onion & let sit for 10 min
  3. Preheat grill to med-high heat
  4. Add veggies to grill basket & cook for 10-12 min until done
  5. Add provolone on top to melt
  6. Spread aioli on toasted buns, add lettuce & grilled veggies
