Spicy Mushroom "Philly"
What you'll need:
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic
- 1/2 Tbsp Teeny Tiny Spice WHOOPASS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Portobello mushroom caps, cleaned
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- Garlic aioli (garlic + lemon + mayo)
- Lettuce (optional)
- Provolone
- Burger buns
How you'll do it:
- Mix together oil, balsamic, WHOOPASS, & salt
- Mix in mushroom, pepper, onion & let sit for 10 min
- Preheat grill to med-high heat
- Add veggies to grill basket & cook for 10-12 min until done
- Add provolone on top to melt
- Spread aioli on toasted buns, add lettuce & grilled veggies
